Make preneed payments in Planning Center
Make a payment on your preneed policy, update billing information, and setup auto-draft.

Making a payment
First, log in to the Planning Center.
Click Payments under the left menu.
Click the Make a payment button.
If you do not see the Make a payment button, it may be because:
- A payment was already made and is waiting for processing.
- Paid to Date is more than 6 months ago.
- The policy is suspended.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Customer Care at (800) 234-8031.
Here, you can view your Current balance.
Enter a Payment amount, and you'll notice the Balance after payment update.
Select either Bank draft or Credit Card under Payment options.
Bank draft
When processing a Bank draft, be sure to fill in the following information:
✔️ Bank name
✔️ Routing number
✔️ Account number
✔️ Account type
✔️ City, State, & Zip code
Then, complete the Billing address section:
✔️ First name
✔️ Last name
✔️ Address Line 1
✔️ Address Line 2 (if applicable)
✔️ City, State, & Zip code
✔️ Email address
Credit card
Card payments are processed through a third-party processor, One Inc.
After selecting Credit Card, complete the Billing address section:
✔️ First name
✔️ Last name
✔️ Address Line 1
✔️ Address Line 2 (if applicable)
✔️ City, State, & Zip code
✔️ Email address
Click Pay now.
A modal will appear for you to process your card payment through One Inc.
Setup recurring payments
Recurring payments are currently only available for Bank Draft.
First, select Bank Draft and complete the required field detailed above.
Then, toggle ON Make payment recurring toward the bottom of the page.
Select the Payment date and provide an Authorized signature.
Check the box next to 'I have read and agree to the terms of service."
Click Pay now.
The Payments page will show when a payment was made via Recurring payment.
